Katherin 'KAT' Poon is a Chicago based Theatre Artist focused in Costume Design and Directing, receiving her BFA in Theatre Design and BA in Psychology from Michigan State University in Spring 2025. She enjoys diving into characters and people, viewing clothes and dress as a form of self expression and personality, deeply influenced by culture and politics.

Most recent works include Inherit the Wind (Costume Design), You Will Miss the Bus Director), The Nutcracker (Costume Designer) and Amadeus (Stitcher). Currently she works as the resident costume designer for Evanston Township High School and the Wardrobe Supervisor at Lookingglass Theatre.
