Happy New Year - Updates and More!

2025 was big. Many firsts, lasts, and things that I am proud of. Here is a list of the highlights:

• Opened my first show as a wig designer (9 to 5 - February)

• Co-Directed a show that was performed outside around a campfire (The Grown Ups - April)

• Graduated with My BFA! (May)

• Made some lifelong friends at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival (Summer)

• MOVED TO CHICAGO! (August)

• Started working at Evanston Township High School (September)

• First Stitcher position at Steppenwolf (October - Amadeus)

• Costumed my first show post-college (Inherit the Wind - November)

• Mentored some amazing High School Students at ETHS (The Nutcracker - December)

Suddenly it's 2026 and so much has already happened. January isn't even over! I am starting the year strong as the Wardrobe Supervisor for Lookingglass Theatre, 2 ETHS shows coming up in Febuary and even more exciting opportunies brewing. I got to direct with Instumental Theatre, learning a lot about my leadership style.

I'm going to try to most more, maybe once a week? I don't know yet but I want this to be a place where I can express myself and share personal stories.
